Sustainability simply tastes better!

Now, with our hydraulic-power plant, we are in a position to produce most of our own electricity throughout the year. Any excess or shortage of electricity is directly balanced by the public power network. In the future, we hope to bypass such shortages by using solar panels. We would then be providing 100% of our own electricity. 

We also use the power of our forest. The natural growth delivers enough firewood per year to heat our Röstpfanne/roasting pan. With our decades of experience working in the forest, we keep it in a sustainable way and only take what we need.
